Safeguarding our quality of life and the reasons why we call Homestead home is my top priority. We all have similar hopes for our city, and while we cannot stop growth and development, we can make it sustainable and balanced where we can thrive, raise a family, and be proud of our home. I want to serve our communities with the highest level of customer service and advocate for clear parameters and transparency to ensure that any impact future developments could pose to the City’s infrastructure and traffic are addressed at the front end. I will advocate for operational strategies that dynamically manage traffic and capacity based on current and anticipated conditions and focusing on peak times. I want to ensure that our tax dollars are spent wisely, and I will proceed with caution to ensure that we do not lose sight of what makes Homestead special.
